Thor

Es curioso que esta película la haya dirigido Kenneth Branagh. Eso le ha dado un cierto toque de calidad, pero al final es una nueva película de superheroes Marvel y en este ámbito no llega ni de lejos a la altura de "Ironman". Es correcta y cuenta con decorados digitales interesantes, especialmente Asgard, aunque el 3D no es muy bueno. Anthony Hopkins y Natalie Portman están desaprovechados pero mejoran el conjunto. El protagonista Chris Hemsworth es planísimo excepto en el físico. Se trata de una historia sencilla y tiene cameos y comentarios que da nuevos pasos preparatorios para la futura "The Avengers".

Scream 4 (SCRE4M)

This is an unthinkable -and maybe unnecessary- twist to the original Scream. It's like to be back in the nineties. Not as bad as I expected because Craven at least knows how to make this kind of movies, but it's a forgettable popcorn film.

A good science fiction story, made to make think. It’s a new step forward to the Plato's allegory of the cave that we have seen in other movies, but approached from a new perspective. Very interesting regarding its reflections and several moral points. Good especial effects although the director didn’t achieve to show all the tension that this story could offer. Jake Gyllenhaal shows the same face as he does in all the last characters, but he does his job. His partner from the cast Michelle Monaghan appears gorgeous and lovely, and although her character does not offer a lot of possibilities, she does her duty as well. This is the second film by the director Duncan Jones after the great “Moon”. At the moment this director seems promising.
